- Stress is one of the important reason for unhealthy hair. To avoid frizzy hair, remove stress from your life. Try to eat nutritious foods which are rich in vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates. Fruits and vegetables are the ways which can gift you healthy hair. Drink enough water to hydrate the hair. When frizzy hair appears, it loses hydration. So plenty of water can bring sufficient moist on the hair.
- Use shampoo which contains natural humectants. Theses are the lubricants or moisturizing agents that pamper the hair with good care.
- Conditioner which is enriched with vitamin E, aloe vera, etc are ideal to treat such hair. For getting best treatment, you may wrap the towel around your head after applying the conditioner. Wait for at least 15 minutes and when it mixes with the hair cuticles, unwrap the towel.
