Thus, this is one of the best way to combat aging process. Stay away from junk food and try to take food in unprocessed and fresh state. Your skin will also glow and become radiant. Thus, what are the food items that you should include? Fresh fruits, lots of green leafy vegetables and white meat like fish and chicken.
- Quit smoking and reduce alcohol intake: Alcohol hampers the immune and nervous system by preventing vitamins and minerals from going to the body.
