- Avoid makeup or use just a translucent powder.
- Lemon juice and cucumber on your face half an hour before bath is a great option for you.
- No cheese and no sugar would be wrong. Have them is very less quantity to keep a thorough balance in your body.
- No junk for you. Junk food makes your stomach roar in anger.
- Ginger and pepper are good for your health.
